Choose a monthly FOCUS, TRAIN, or BUILD partnership—or book individual coaching and consulting sessions.

FOCUS

$200 / month

Foundational media support: 4 social posts, captions, basic graphics, and content direction.

TRAIN

$400 / month

Growth-focused support: 8 posts, content planning, brand messaging, and monthly strategy.

BUILD

$600 / month

Ongoing creative and consulting partnership: 8 posts, two strategy sessions, campaign planning, and project guidance.

COACHING & CONSULTING SESSIONS

Starting at $20–$50 / session

Flexible, individualized help with speed training, athletic programming, marketing, content strategy, leadership, and other coaching needs. Scope and rate are agreed upon per client.

FOCUS retains the established $200/month price. TRAIN and BUILD are proposed packages; coaching session prices are proposed starting rates, with final scope and pricing agreed per client. Client-provided assets assumed for standard media packages. Video production, travel, paid advertising, and substantial extra revisions are quoted separately.
